Service Upgrade & Utility Coordination
A major component of this project involved upgrading two existing meter mains to higher amperage capacity and converting the service to 3-phase power to support expanded load requirements for both residential and commercial occupancy.

The project featured Acuity nLight networked lighting controls for enhanced energy efficiency and automation, along with 3-phase power installation to support high-demand kitchen equipment. Our team ensured proper load management, equipment protection, and full code compliance from rough-in through final commissioning.

Electrical modifications performed to accommodate installation of a new sound barrier within an active commercial facility.
Scope included relocation of existing electrical circuits and a subpanel to clear structural obstructions and maintain system integrity. All feeders and branch circuits were rerouted, extended, and properly terminated to ensure code compliance, load balance, and uninterrupted operation.
